Flash Report! Subbie Trish Hits The Newly Reopened Westwood Theatre in Toledo

Doc here with a Flash Report from last night at the newly re-opened Westwood Theater in Toledo from contributor Subbie Trish.

She and her best fella took The New Westwood for a test drive late last night, and this is their report.  She also has a comment or two about the other ABSs in Toledo, and the problems they are facing.

Hi Doc,

Heads up for your avid readers. Things have changed quite a bit since The Westwood Theater originally closed in May of 2011. J and I went down to Toledo last night. Our first stop was Adult Pleasures ABS and they stopped us, no couples allowed in the booths, no women allowed in the booth area at all ! They guy said it was the same in all the abs in the area because of police presence. They tend to work in pairs, pose as a couple and even if they see anything suspicious the cops swoop into action and give tickets etc.. The fella behind the counter told us that two different people had returned to the bookstore telling stories that they had to appear in court and pay large fines.

Then we were off to now re-opened Westwood Theater. Good thing... there is access from both the street and parking lot. Good thing, THE PARKING LOT IS NEWLY PAVED!  (as a chick who likes to wear heels, this upgrade alone makes Westwood worth the trip  LOL)

As a couple, we were admitted free of charge. Not sure what they charge for single patrons. Staff was friendly, screen was definitely upgraded. It was nice to see that the original architecture inside the theater appears to have been restored. We got there quite late, but there was one other woman in the place, down front enjoying some of the patrons. We didn't stay long, playing a little in the couples section with an attentive audience. The couples section is quite smaller than before, seems like a lot of the seats have been taken out and there is a tower of a projector in place of the missing seats.

The Bad: Cops harassing the other ABSs.
The Good: The Westwood is back!
