The Westwood will be having an event this holiday on Saturday July 6th, starting at 4PM, and along with that some terrific changes within the theatre itself will launch.

Just wanted to update you on new and exciting changes at The Westwood Theatre.

 

We are having a Celebrate your Independence event on Saturday July 6th. We will have a nice gift for the first 10 couples with ticket purchase ($30.00 retail value) , free hotdogs, & 25% off all merchandise.

 

The theatre will also begin operating as a private club. The membership fee & theatre entrance will be $15 for single men, $10 for couples, & $5 for single women. You will have to be 21 and provide ID. We will allow alcohol in the theatre & have mixers for sale.  By going private we can provide a safe, fun, & uninhibited time in the theatre. 

 

Inside the Westwood Theatre walls, freedom of expression will exists for all members. Once people are members, no one will be able to see any of their personal information. They will be protected by the confidentiality of club membership  paperwork. Members will be able to socially interact without fear of prosecution while they are in the theatre.

 

We feel by going private we will be able to provide a safety net for the people who enjoy “this thing of ours”. We are hoping to welcome people who have been afraid to come in previously.

 

Also Doc, our Couple's Section has been expanded, and new couches installed for their pleasure.  I think couple's will like what we did to enhance their experience.

The Westwood's conversion to a private club is important, as several of the most popular and successful adult theaters in the country also are set up in this way. I'm glad to see this change!

Doc here with a Coming Attraction Report for you, the good readers of The Journal.

This past week Miss Tara reached out to your old friend in the white suit for some adult theater advice in the TN and KY area over the 4th holiday. My suggestion was Horse Cave, Kentucky's DC Video.

Had my first theater visit at the Buford Twin Theater in Atlanta a few weeks ago. The theater was your standard old big screen theater and we moved down front to have some fun. I've driven by this place for many years, but it always seemed like it was closed or abandoned, so i never stopped. Recently I noticed that the parking lot out front was almost full. Final Report for June 29^th.

OK, now it’s Saturday and I feel like I finally have this whole “Theater/Bookstore” thing figured out.

 

I went to the theater around 2pm, stayed 45 minutes, NOTHING.

 

Went to dinner, run an errand, came back 4:30 to 5:30 again.. NOTHING.

 

Went back to my hotel, took another shower, dressed nicer than I usually do, expecting big things at the theater. I returned at 8:15… close to NOTHING.

 

There was a couple there, but, I’ve seen them before over the past several months of visiting, and they do not play. Some of the guys there told me that they had never seen them play at a theater. They usually just wait for another couple and leave with them.

 

So… I wait till 9:00pm,,, In walks 2 couples, the first were late 50’s, not dressed for play, they stand up by the screen in front of the couches for about 3 minutes and leave, never to return.  The other couple, basically looked around, turned around and left.
